Barriers to using the service

• The most common reason why respondents would not use the service is that they do not make enough journeys to the Port Solent area (35%)
• Other reasons include the proposed routes being inconvenient (28%), having concerns over the process of booking the service (26%), the operating times of the service (26%) and not needing such a service (24%)
• ‘Other’ reasons include preferring to travel ‘door to door’, uncertainty over bus availability and that the service should run into the city centre
