Feedback from the accompanied journeys

  • Might find bus stops in more remote locations (i.e. Hilsea roundabout) vandalised but key locations tend to be good
  • Need a clearer process for reporting damage to bus stops. Drivers aren’t interested. My Portsmouth app wants a home address which doesn’t work for some bus stops
