Accompanied bus journeys – Feeling safe at bus stops

• Generally people feel safe waiting at bus stops in Portsmouth
• Bus stops being lit is really important in helping people feel safe
• CCTV cameras were suggested as an improvement to help people feel safe as well as deterring vandalism

• Will look for a stop with lights if travelling at night but on the whole feel safe at bus stops
