Bus ratings: bus drivers and suitable space

• Those with a disability or other accessibility issue rate the helpfulness of bus drivers slightly lower than those with no disability. This is most likely because these respondents may require additional support from the drivers and have therefore interacted more actively with drivers than others
• Similarly, those with a disability or other accessibility issue rate the availability of space suitable for them slightly lower than those without such needs, almost a fifth of those using a wheelchair, mobility aid, pushchair or carrying a large item rate this area as poor or very poor (18%)

This chart shows that: 22% of the total sample rate the helpfulness of bus drivers as very good, 41% as good, 29% as fair, 6% as poor, and 2% as very poor.
Of those with a disability, 20% rate the helpfulness of bus drivers as very good, 33% as good, 34% as fair, 9% as poor, and 4% as very poor.
Of those with a different accessibility issue, 24% rate the helpfulness of bus drivers as very good, 32% as good, 31% as fair, 9% as poor, and 4% as very poor.
Of those no disability, 22% rate the helpfulness of bus drivers as very good, 44% as good, 27% as fair, 5% as poor, and 2% as very poor.
