Response rates

• The 2021 Budget Consultation received a response rate of 2,331 – this is higher than the 1,579 responses received in 2020, but fewer than the 3,288 responses received in 2019
• The largest number of responses came from the PO4 postcode (30%) while the lowest number of responses came from the PO3 postcode (10%)
• Compared to the known population split of Portsmouth, the PO4 postcode is over-represented, the PO3 postcode is proportionally represented, while all other postcodes are under-represented to some extent
