• Overall respondents feel that the proposed rental fee of £30 is ‘about right’ (70%), with just over a quarter (26%) feeling that it is too high
• These findings are not effected when segmented by user type and show that the proposed pricing is appropriate for the majority of users
• When segmented by bike hangar model 67% of respondents with access to a Cyclehoop bike hangar stating that it is ‘much too high’ and 33% of respondents stating that it is ‘a little too high’

This chart shows bike hangar user opinions, segmented by active user and sign-up user, on the proposed £30 cost for bike hangar rental. When combined 4% of active and sign-up users felt that the £30 was much too high, 22% felt that the £30 cost was a little too high, 70% felt that the cost was about right, and 4% felt that the cost was a little too low. No respondents felt that the £30 rental cost was much too low. When segmented by user type 20% of active users felt that the £30 cost for bike hangar rental was a little too high, 70% felt that the cost was about right, and 10% felt that the cost was a little too low. 6% of sign-up users felt that the £30 cost for bike hangar rental was much too high, 24% felt that the cost was a little too high, and 71% felt that the cost was about right.
