Ease of use

• 100% of active users stated that their bike hanger was easy to use, with 70% stating that their bike hangar was ‘very easy to use’
• Due to the overall positive response to this question, there is very little separating the ease of use of the bike hangars by model, with Cyclehoop having the largest overall percentage of the highest positive responses (+27 percentage points)

This chart shows active user opinions on how easy their bike hangar is to use. 70% of respondents state that their bike hangar was very easy to use, and 30% state that their bike hangar was quite easy to use. No respondents selected neither, quite difficult to use, or very difficult to use.

This chart shows active user opinions on how easy their bike hangar is to use segmented by the model of bike hangar they are using. 50% of active users with access to a Cyclehoop brand bike hangar said it was very easy to use and the remaining 50% state is quite easy to use. 100% of active users with access to a Cycleworks model bike hangar state that it is quite easy to use. 33% of active users with access to a Falco model bike hangar state that it is very easy to use and the remaining 67% state that is is quite easy to use.
