Usage

• Just over a third (36%) of respondents who signed up for a bike hangar are not actively using one; 94% of these respondents are on a waiting list for a bike hangar
• Going forward users will be further segmented into ‘active users’ (those that have access to and are using a bike hangar) and ‘sign-up users’ (those that are interested in using a bike hangar but are on a waiting list)
• Half of active users are using a Cycleworks model bike hangar
• The remaining half is split between Falco model bike hangars (30%) and Cyclehoop model bike hangars (20%)
• Half of active users (50%) are using a Cycleworks model bike hangar
• The remaining half is split between Falco model bike hangars (30%) and Cyclehoop model bike hangars (20%)
• Over three-quarters of active users (80%) have used their bike hangar for over two months; this indicates that the majority of active users have used their bike hangar for a substantial amount of time

This chart shows the number of user respondents who are using the bike hangar they have signed up for. 64% of respondents who have signed up for a bike hangar are using that bike hangar, with 34% of users who have signed up to use a bike hangar not using that bike hangar.
