Cycling habits (non-users)

• Nearly half of non-user respondents ‘never’ cycle within Portsmouth
• Just over a fifth of non-user respondents (21%) report to cycling ‘daily’
• This is a much lower rate of cycling than found with Bike Hangar users (-24 percentage points when comparing ‘daily’ rates of cycling with active and sign-up users)

This chart shows the cycling rate for non-user respondents. 9% of non-user respondents cycle daily, 12% of non-user respondents cycle weekly, 6% of non-user respondents cycle every few weeks, 9% of non-user respondents cycle monthly, 15% of non-user respondents cycle less often than weekly or monthly, and 48% of non-user respondents never cycle.
