Frequency of use and awareness of taxis

• Taxi use within the sample is frequent, with one in three respondents using a non-wheelchair accessible taxi on a monthly basis (32%)
• The majority of wheelchair users (52%) have used a wheelchair accessible taxi (WAT)
• WAT usage is similar to that of non-wheelchair accessible taxis, with two in five of those who have ever used a WAT travelling in this way at least once a month (40%)
