Rating pavements and roads

• In general, pavements and roads were rated poorly by respondents, with an average of 44% rating aspects as ‘poor’ or ‘very poor’
• The aspects needing the greatest improvement are ‘pavement surfaces’ (51%) and ‘being able to move along the pavement/footway with ease’ (49%)
• ‘Pavement surfaces’ are most likely to be rated poorly by those who are disabled or care for someone who is disabled (57%)
