Scooters and bicycles using the pavements

• One area which was commonly mentioned in the comments was around the use of e-scooters and bicycles on the pavements, making them an unsafe place for pedestrians

“There are also many cyclists using paths (even dedicated paths) the problem with that is they are so fast; I’ve been run into before and almost had one hit my child. When I shouted out for them to slow down, they got violent.”
