Feeling safe on buses

• Safety was mentioned as an issue by a relatively small group, with only 15% rating this poorly
• Where this was mentioned, the biggest factor was safety on board the bus due to Covid-19, mentioned by 68% of those rating safety poorly
• However, perceived safety whilst waiting at bus stops was also a concern (raised by 59%), as well as feeling unsafe on board, for reasons other than Covid-19 (41% mentioned this)
• In general, safety is most likely to be rated poorly by those with mental disability (38%)
